As an evangelism consultant, I have assisted hundreds of congregations in defining their mission and vision, develop a strategic plan for growth, and outline the tactics to achive their goals.  For some congregations, that starts with helping their members understand their own, unique Spiritual Gifts and how they can contribute to the growth of the church.
